Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or calling the number on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

LeakFix Oak Park is a free referral service. We connect callers in Oak Park, Illinois and nearby communities with independent, third-party providers of leak detection and related plumbing services. We do not perform leak detection, plumbing or repair work, and no provider is our employee or agent.

Referral fees

Providers who receive calls through this site may pay us a fee for each referral. You are not charged for using the referral line. Receiving a fee does not mean we endorse, guarantee or supervise any provider.

Your agreement is with the provider

Any visit, quote, price, schedule, warranty or repair is agreed directly between you and the provider. Before work begins, you are responsible for confirming that the provider holds any license and insurance required in Illinois and your municipality, and for getting the price and scope in writing.

No warranty on work performed

We make no representations or warranties about the quality, safety, timeliness or legality of any provider's work. Any claim about the work must be made against the provider who performed it.
